Philosophy Forums

The philosophy forums is a small community aimed at sustained engagement with philosophical issues. The forum assumes that conversation or dialectic is one of the best modes of inquiry, but only when participants are not hostile, but gentle and earnestly willing to seek. Having a good nature, therefore, is far more important to the community than any background in philosophy. If you wish to contribute to the forum, you may register (its free and only takes about a minute) and start posting your ideas. Consequently, if you decide to join the philosophy forums, we suggest that you introduce yourself in the New Member Introduction/Welcome Thread.
